New Blog - Fitness First!

I've been wanting to test out blogging directly to my site through Blogger. While I like our Cre8ive Blog, I do like some of the features that Blogger offers and we have a new client interested so I thought I would give it a whirl and muddy the waters, so to speak.

Let's see, guess since I tend to blog about health and fitness types of things I'll mention that I am doing very well on WW (I go to the Disco Kroger center classes on Saturday for those of you who have asked) and I'm well on my way to dropping the last of this extra weight (hit my first 5 last weekend). I have to up my workout routine to really get the scale moving, but overall I'm feeling very motivated and empowered and really working on not snacking, which is a weakness with how much I work. It's a bad excuse, but I have to really focus on what I'm doing and even though I choose healthy snacks, snacking is snacking and it leads to more snacking. So, I'm working on changing the way I really think about food and so far so good.

I tend to do Body Sculpt classes (50 mins) on Monday's during lunch and Kickboxing/Core Training (30mins/20mins) on Thursday's during lunch, though this week is a little messed up on those. Tonight I'm going to try and up my routine a little, while it's not a tough one, I do like this routine I found on FitSugar: http://fitsugar.com/292532

I'll tweak it a little to incorporate the cardio that I like and I'll let you know how it goes this evening. I may try and work in some wii boxing against Steven in between going to vote, working and studying for scuba certification :).
