Mid-Week Stillman Post

Well, as much as I hate the Stillman Diet, it does kick your ass into shape and get you focused on everything you're eating or not eating I should say, like fruits, veggies, brown rice, salmon...man, the things you crave when you're eating better and working out :). Remember this is most certainly a "fad"-type diet and one that I do not advocate staying on for more than about 5 days at a time when your switch flips "off" :), so to speak. So, though I would post my progress right now for the week (Mon-Wed on Stillman):

Mon:
6:30: 20min boot camp, Sharon Mann
7:30: 2oz ham
9:30: hard-boiled egg, 1oz ham
11:30: 3oz turkey, hard-boiled egg
1:30: 1oz ham
3:30: 3oz turkey, hard-boiled egg
5:30: 1c fat-free cottage cheese
6:30: 20min workout, Jillian/Shred
8: 4oz turkey burger, 1T ketchup
10:30: .5c fat-free cottage cheese

Tues:
6:30: 20min cardio/stretch, SM
8: 2 egg muffins (Egg Beaters w/ salt/pepper and ham, baked in muffin cups), .5c lf cottage cheese
11:30: 4oz turkey burger, 1T ketchup, hard-boiled egg
6: bike ride
9: sashimi appetizer (8 pcs), 1t ls soy w/ wasabi (this was a huge mistake and as hard as it is to believe, I actually forgot to eat anything between errands at lunch and a meeting that evening, normally not a big deal, there was super healthy snacks at the meeting, but as I continue to say, it's tough to "snack" on eggs and meat and cottage cheese, hence the reason Stillman curbs snacking and gets you back on track)
10: 4oz turkey burger, 1T ketchup, 1c ff cottage cheese

Wed:
8: 2 egg muffins, .5c lf cottage cheese
10:30: hard-boiled egg, 4oz turkey burger, 1T ketchup
1: 3oz steak burger (Steak n Shake, plain, toss the bun), 1T ketchup
5: 1oz salami, 1oz provolone
6:30: 4oz pork, 1T pineapple salsa
8: 20min cardio kickboxing
9:30: 2 deviled eggs w/ ham

I have to admit that I had folks over for dinner last night and made Adobo Pork w/ Warm Pineapple Salsa so I had to have a Tablespoon of the salsa w/ the pork, but I had none of the delicious 365 Brand Brown Rice, which I love nor did I have any salad w/ homemade Citrus Vinaigrette (saved some for this weekend when I'm off Stillman).

I should note that even though it's been tough, especially yesterday with my hour+ commute home, I haven't had anything to drink except water, tea and diet sodas. I'm out with the girls tonight and a friend is having a birthday party at a local pub tomorrow night so I'm going to just keep my head up and know that when I'm out Saturday night with friends I can have a glass of wine, yay :).

Alright, back to it, just filling in and will post stats on Sunday after weigh-in (maybe ;) ).
