That's me...well ahead of the New Years resolution and 100% motiv8ed to make 2009 the best year yet, health-wise at least (since that's really what this blog is about). As I'm a big fan of jump-starting my metabolism from time-to-time I will employee the Stillman Diet every once in awhile, but starting things off with Stillman wasn't really what I needed so I'm starting with roughly five 300-calorie meals a day and if I want more I have to fuel it with additional exercise. The exercise goal is 5 hours a week to start with the hopes of up'ing this.
Since scuba will be a big part of the 1st quarter of 2009 getting ramped up on the exercise shouldn't be too tough since squeezing myself into a wetsuit is fodder enough for the additional gym time! Staying away from the scale is going to be a big focus. No reason I can't weigh once a week, but stepping on it all the time is just bad ju-ju :).
Ok, enough blogging, time for 30-Day Shred workout and pilates!!!
